In our emails and social media posts, you'll notice we often use 'we' when referring to our company. (See? Like that!) Truth be told, when we say 'we,' it's really just the business and I -- we're a team, like peanut butter and jelly, but with group contracts and the occasional Mountain Dew Code Red.

Hey there! I'm Kristin, the one-woman heart and mind behind this venture. Born and raised in Rochester, NY to a travel agent mother and a firefighting father, I was blessed to go on annual vacations where I was exposed to other cultures. I have been vegan since 2005, forever craving the vegan garbage plate from Charlie Riedel's in Webster, NY (trust me, the rest of the country is seriously missing out on garbage plates!).

I'm passionate about homeschooling because it offers children the freedom to learn anywhere, even on vacation! As Jack Hanna said "the world is the true classroom," and I wholeheartedly believe in learning through experiences. WorldWise Homeschool Travel was founded in 2024 by meshing my joy for homeschool with my love of travel. Since 2020, I've had the privilege to stay home while my husband works, enabling me to focus on caring for our son. Previously, I owned a Travel Agency, but in 2020, I made the decision to close it to better support our family.

My aim with WorldWise Homeschool Travel is to build a community among homeschoolers and highlight the educational benefits of travel. Personally, homeschooling ensures my son doesn't miss out on his education due to illness or medical appointments. He has cystic fibrosis, which is a genetic condition that causes thick, sticky mucus to build up in the body, primary affecting the lungs and digestive system. As a result, he requires daily vest and breathing treatments to clear mucus from his lungs, and he also takes pills before meals to aid in nutrient absorption. My background in healthcare billing has proven invaluable in navigating medical claims and insurance hurdles!

Integrity, morals, and ethics are the foundation of both my personal life and business. I firmly believe in THE GOLDEN RULE — treating others as I would like to be treated. That's why our trips are packed with DETAILS GALORE and feature TRANSPARENT PRICING! Just as I expect honesty and clarity when booking tickets for events and vacations, I extend the same standard to you. I strive to create an environment that welcomes and respects everyone regardless of their background, race, gender, or sexual orientation. Travel has shown me that while we may not all have the same opinions, beliefs, or experiences, we can still be kind and civil with one another.
